Terms & Conditions – 92r Platform

1.1 To register and use the 92r platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. 92r strictly prohibits access by minors. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years old or older.

1.2 You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 92r platform complies with all laws applicable to you. 92r does not provide legal advice and makes no representation about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

1.3 Only one account may be registered per individual person. Duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 92r reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts, void any bets or games played on those accounts, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

1.4 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information – including a false date of birth, false name, or false contact details – constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

1.5 92r requires identity verification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) and, for address verification, a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period when requested may result in account restrictions.

2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92r login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

2.2 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 92r account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 92r immediately at [email protected].

2.3 You agree to log out of your 92r account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.

2.4 92r accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another party.

2.5 Accounts held by Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default where PKR is selected at registration. Currency-related settings cannot be changed after the account is established without contacting support.

3.1 92r accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed in the Cashier section of your 92r account.

3.2 All funds deposited to your 92r account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment sources not belonging to you are prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

3.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 or currency equivalent. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and may differ by payment method.

3.4 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and standard fraud/AML review procedures. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers typically process within one business day. Processing times are indicative and not contractually guaranteed.

3.5 92r does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, are displayed transparently in the Cashier section prior to confirming a withdrawal request. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges for which 92r accepts no responsibility.

3.6 92r complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Unusual or large transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence review, which may delay processing. 92r reserves the right to request additional documentation as part of AML compliance procedures.

4.1 All bets and game wagers placed on the 92r platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or market on the 92r platform.

4.2 Bets are accepted and confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation from the 92r system. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, bets not confirmed by the system are void. 92r is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

4.3 92r reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds or in circumstances where there is clear evidence of a system error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

4.4 Sports betting results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport concerned. For cricket, the primary governing body is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic matches and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. For other sports, the relevant international or national governing body applies.

4.5 Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice at 92r's discretion, including in response to significant match events, data feed disruptions, or integrity concerns.

4.6 Casino game outcomes in RNG games are determined by certified random number generation systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events (card draws, roulette ball landing) as observed via live video stream.

5.1 92r may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer and should be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. 6.2 Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92r platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time during account use.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the 92r platform in any way.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any other method.
• Money laundering or using the 92r platform to process funds of illegal origin.
• Using the 92r platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, if you are aware of that prohibition.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 92r staff or other players.
• Engaging in any activity that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

8.1 All content on the 92r platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and branding – is the intellectual property of 92r or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 92r platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 92r platform without prior written consent.

9.1 The 92r platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92r makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform.

9.2 92r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, whether or not 92r has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 92r's total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 92r account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 92r's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10.1 92r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where there is suspected fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or a lawful order.

10.2 Upon account closure for cause, 92r will retain any balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable time.

10.3 You may close your 92r account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your 92r account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other matter, please contact 92r support at [email protected] in the first instance. We aim to respond to complaints within 48 hours and to resolve the majority of disputes within 14 calendar days.

11.2 Disputes regarding specific game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game session. After this period, game session records may not be available and disputes may not be reviewable.

12.2 Your continued use of the 92r platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes.
